TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST (FT)
Seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst that provides advanced troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues over the telephone
and at the desktop to all hospital staff. Provide front-line support by answering, escalating/resolving, and documenting calls and e-mails to the IT Department/Help Line.
Education and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, a related field, or equivalent education/certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years technical support specialist experience required, such as Help Desk/ IT Support/ Systems Operator.
• Demonstrated knowledge and working experience of computers, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows Desktop OS

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (FT) – Material Management
Monday-Friday 8-5pm position working in Material Management. Responsible for supply orders, processing, and delivery. Qualifications: Ability to lift, pull or push
50-75 lbs.:Ability to drive 15’ truck and operate lift gate; Strong computer skills; Strong phone skills; and Ability to think and act quickly. Two+ years experience with
medical supplies/procurement preferred.

SURGICAL TECH (PRN) – Outpatient Surgery at Golden Road facility
Due to increasing volume, we have a need for a Surgical Tech to work PRN. Great salary and working conditions, Monday – Friday schedule. No weekends, no call
and no Holidays. Certification differential available. Minimum 2 years recent scrub experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center.

PRN Pool. C.N.A.s are required to have previous hospital experience. As full-time positions open, we will make every effort to promote from this Pool of nurses and
C.N.A.s. Current RN licensure in the State of Texas, CPR, and ability to obtain ACLS certification within 6 months of hire required for RNs.
